Most peptides are administered via subcutaneous injection (a small, shallow injection under the skin), though some are available as oral or nasal preparations depending on the peptide. Your provider will walk you through the administration process and ensure you're comfortable before you begin.

Starting treatment
Most peptide protocols involve daily or several-times-weekly self-administration. Your provider walks you through the process — injections are small-gauge and most patients report minimal discomfort.
Timeline and results
Peptides are not a quick fix. Most patients begin noticing changes in energy and sleep within 4–6 weeks, with more significant improvements in body composition and recovery by 3 months. Your provider monitors your progress and adjusts the protocol as needed.
Ongoing support
